Ok let’s be honest, I hate the phase when you must choose where to go to on vacation. On one side I never can deside where we should go and on the other side I’m always thinking “Why should I plan it something that is so far away in the future?!”. But this year we were pretty quick while desiding what to do during our vacation. We wanted Teddy for sure to join us and spend the vacation in the mountains. So our destination was the idylic Brander valley, which is located just two and half hours away from Munich, not far away from German and Swiss border. Exactly there Walliserhof, a family-run design hotel, is locate. Entering the hotel you will experience a gorgeous design mix of Alpine cozyness and Scandinavian design. Our room was just as gorgeous as the rest of the house. Equiped with a fire place where we would spend the evenings watching the flames play around the wood. The restaurant Hochsitz, which I will show you in one my next posts and the spa area were some of my favorite spots as well. The pool was my most favorite spot at the spa. Here we spent hours relaxing after hiking nearby the mountains. This was a true retreat from our everyday routine and such a relaxing stay!
*Huge thanks to hotel Walliserhof for the invitation!
