Earlier this week I found this recipe
on one of my favourite cooking blogs and couldn’t stop dreaming of these pancakes. I thought Sunday would be a perfect day for trying them. I must admit these pancakes were one of the tastiest I ever tried. And now I just can’t stop thinking of the cream cheese chunks that were melting away in my mouth. The only thing I changed in this recipe is that I used lime instead of lemon for the blueberry sauce and that I didn’t do the crumbled cheesecake crust.
